LED wall, LED DJ booth, moving-head lighting and white sound for bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras and sweet sixteens in Las Vegas. The honoree's logo on the booth, beams over the dance floor, the montage on the wall, and a crew that builds it before the guests arrive and runs it until the last song.
A mitzvah, a quinceañera and a sweet sixteen want the same five things: a booth worth standing in front of, a wall for the montage, light that shows up in the photographs, sound that fills the floor, and nothing black in the frame.

A line array with subs that a hundred teenagers can dance to, tuned so the grandparents' table can still talk. White cabinets, so the speakers are not the darkest thing in the album. The system.

Tell us what you pictureBar and bat mitzvahs are the most photographed parties we build: a logo designed months ahead, a montage, a candle lighting, a hora that needs a floor that can take it. We put the logo on the booth, the wall and the floor, and keep the beams over the dancing.
Quinceañeras are about the dress, the court and the surprise dance. Portrait LED columns and a lit booth put light behind every photograph, the wall carries the montage and the video, and the sound is sized for a floor that fills for the waltz and stays full.
Sweet sixteens want a club in a ballroom. Beams, a booth, a wall running the DJ's visuals and her name, and a system with real low end — at a level the parents' table survives.
Why our gear is white →An LED DJ booth with the kid's logo on the front, an LED wall behind it running the logo, a photo montage and the DJ's visuals, moving-head beam lights over the dance floor, a custom gobo of the logo on the floor, and our white sound system sized for a room that is dancing all night. A stage deck under the booth if the room is large.
Portrait LED columns either side of the dance floor, so every photograph of the court and the dress has light behind it; a lit DJ booth with her name or crown; a wall for the montage and the surprise dance video; uplighting in her colors; and a sound system that can carry a full floor without being too loud for the grandparents.
Yes. The logo goes on the LED booth front and the LED wall as animated content, and on the dance floor as a custom gobo from a moving head. Send the artwork from the invitation designer and we test it on the actual panels before the day.
Always. The DJ's equipment sits on our booth and plugs into our system; our LED operator switches between the logo, the montage and the DJ's visuals on cue. We are regularly on the same floor as MamanPRO for mitzvah photography and know how to keep the gear out of their frame.
A booth with a 3 by 2 m wall behind it needs roughly 4 m of width and 3.2 m of clear ceiling, and runs on two standard 20 amp circuits with the lighting on its own circuit. We write the exact requirement on the quote so the venue has it weeks ahead.
Hotel ballrooms on the Strip and in Summerlin and Henderson, country clubs, synagogue and community halls, banquet halls and event spaces across the valley, and private backyards. Tell us the venue and we almost certainly know the room.
Guest count, the venue, and whether it is a mitzvah, a quinceañera or a sweet sixteen. We reply the same working day with a price, a layout and the power sheet for the venue.
