Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and the whole valley.
Book one element or the whole room. These are the five things we bring to most Las Vegas weddings, in the order couples usually add them.

Speeches heard at the back table, a dance floor that moves, and cabinets in white so the PA is not the darkest thing in your album. Sized to the guest count, tuned to the room, wireless mics for the toasts. The system.

Warm wash for dinner, saturated color for dancing, uplighting around the walls in your palette, and a monogram gobo on the floor. White fixtures, so they take the room's color. The rigs.

Tell us what you pictureAlmost every speaker and lighting fixture in the rental industry is black, because touring production is built to disappear in a dark concert hall. A Las Vegas wedding ballroom is the opposite room: cream walls, white linen, pale drape, chandeliers. Black boxes become the highest-contrast object in every wide shot your photographer takes.
So our line array speakers, subwoofers, stage monitors and moving heads are all white. They sit at the same value as the room, they take the color of your lighting, and the photographs show the guests and the flowers rather than the PA. Same sound, same rate as black.
See the white equipment →We have built in most of the rooms couples book, so the venue name usually tells us the ceiling height, the dock, the rigging rules and the power before we quote.
The usual reception package is an LED video wall behind the head table or the dance floor for the montage and the monogram, an LED DJ booth with the couple's names on the front, our white line array sound system sized to the guest count, and moving-head wash lighting over the floor with uplighting around the room. Each piece can be booked on its own.
Wedding venues are light rooms, and the speakers flanking the dance floor land in every wide photograph. Ours are white, as are the subwoofers, the stage monitors and the moving heads, so they read as part of the room rather than as black production boxes in your album.
Yes. Send the montage, the monogram or the names ahead of the day and we test them on the actual panels before load-in. If you have nothing designed, we can build a simple animated monogram for you. An operator stays with the wall for the reception and switches between the montage, live camera and the DJ's visuals.
Always. The DJ plugs into our sound system and our booth; our system tech tunes the room and runs the microphones for the speeches. The planner gets one contact, a layout drawing and the power requirement to hand to the venue.
Hotel and resort ballrooms on the Strip and downtown, country clubs in Summerlin and Henderson, Lake Las Vegas resorts, wedding chapels and event spaces, private estates and backyards across the valley. Tell us the venue name and we almost certainly know the ceiling, the dock and whether rigging is allowed.
For a Saturday in spring or fall, four to eight weeks. We hold stock in Las Vegas, so a shorter notice is still worth a call. We issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue, which most hotels require before load-in.
Guest count and roughly what you picture is enough. We reply the same working day with a price, a layout and the power requirement for the venue.
